Plastics Processors

Investment in premises and equipment
Founded in 1958, Cox Plastics Technologies (Formerly Ark Plastics) became part of the PC Cox Group in 2002. In 2003, the company moved to larger premises in Northampton and is now ideally situated for supply to the midlands industrial conurbation with good motorway access to both north and south of the country.

Substantial investment is continuing to be made in machinery, equipment and staff training. Major tooling and assembly facilities have recently been installed and injection moulding capacity has been almost doubled with the installation of 6 new presses with closing pressures of up to 550 tonne.

Further investment has been made in clean room facilities in order to facilitate the company’s expansion into mouldings for the dental, medical and food industries.
